What exactly is SHARKWOW HUB?

SHARKWOW HUB is independently developed automation software for Roblox’s Pixel Lineage. It is a script hub, not a course, an official Roblox product, or a game currency service. A compatible third-party executor is required and is not included.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not offer voluntary refunds or change-of-mind cancellations. Contact support for billing errors or missing access. Read the full policy before purchasing.

Can I buy it right now?

No. The product is in closed beta and public sales have not opened. The displayed $10 USD price is the planned offer. Join Discord for launch announcements. This website does not take payments.

Does lifetime include every future game?

No. The planned lifetime license covers Pixel Lineage only, for the supported life of that product. Other games and future rental plans are separate. There is no automatic renewal on this planned one-time license.

Will it work on my device?

Compatibility depends on the game version and your third-party executor. Ask support about your setup before buying when sales open. We do not promise support for every device, every executor or uninterrupted operation after updates.

What if I cannot receive Discord DMs?

Existing customers can use Get script in the customer-only #get-key channel for a private reply. Contact support if access or delivery is missing. Never post your key in a public channel.

Is using automation risk-free?

No. Roblox and individual games set their own rules. Third-party executors and automation may breach those rules, and account restrictions can occur. SHARKWOW HUB is not affiliated with Roblox or the Pixel Lineage developer and cannot guarantee account safety.

Access & terms

SHARKWOW HUB provides independent Roblox automation scripts. Public sales are currently closed. These purchase terms apply when our official checkout opens.

Pixel Lineage access costs $10 USD, paid once. It covers one personal license for Pixel Lineage only, with no automatic renewal. Lifetime means the supported service life of this product. Future games are separate. Any applicable tax and the final total are shown before payment.

After verified payment, access is delivered through our Discord bot. Keep your key private: sharing, resale and redistribution are not permitted. A compatible third-party executor is required and is not included. Check compatibility before buying. Game or executor updates can interrupt operation; uninterrupted service, future updates and account safety are not guaranteed.

All sales are final, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not offer voluntary refunds, returns, exchanges or change-of-mind cancellations for digital licenses. Review the features, executor requirements and compatibility before buying.

A license is personal digital access, not a physical item. Not using it, changing your mind, or choosing the wrong product does not qualify for a voluntary refund. This policy does not remove any refund, cancellation or other remedy required by applicable law.

For missing access, duplicate or incorrect charges, or software problems, contact lkoimopg@gmail.com with your order reference. We review billing and delivery problems and provide any remedy required by law. Do not send payment card details, passwords or license keys.

Public sales remain closed while checkout is being prepared. Sandbox payments are tests, not real purchases. There is no automatic refund service. This policy does not waive rights to raise a payment dispute with your payment provider.

Privacy

This storefront has no registration forms or advertising trackers. We do not add analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information and technical logs to operate and secure the site.

When you contact us or use Discord, we receive the information you provide. The license system stores Discord user IDs, license records, order references, payment status and, upon activation, a Roblox account identifier. We use these for delivery, support, payment verification and preventing misuse.

Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout. When checkout is available, payment details go to Stripe; we do not store full card numbers or security codes in our bot. Stripe provides transaction information used to verify orders. Stripe, Discord, email and hosting providers process information under their own policies. See Stripe Privacy Policy.

Access to service records is limited to service operation and support. We keep records as needed for access, support, disputes and legal obligations. Contact lkoimopg@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained. Public checkout remains closed during setup.
